Available port speeds100 Mbit/s port are 100 Euro per month (250 Euro install). However, when NextFeed is used to receive or distribute full news feeds (so not text-only), 100 Mbit/s will not be enough. 1.000 MBit/s ports are 350 Euro per month (500 Euro install). 10 Gbit/s ports are 1.000 Euro per month (and 1.000 Euro install).Parties already connected to the NL-ix Internet Exchange can get access to NextFeed for free on their existing port (which is then put in dot1.q VLAN trunking mode to receive the extra VLAN vor NextFeed). |
